Microgaming Announced New Android Air Mobile Platform
(Posted on 2011-11-07) Top online gaming software provider Microgaming has further expanded into the mobile realm following the launch last week of its Android Air app designed specifically for tablet PCs and smartphones using the Android operating system.
Microgaming revealed that Android Air is an Adobe Air-based application that initially features 8 casino titles while it has plans to deliver at least 20 more casino games before the end of this year.
"Much like Microgaming`s market-leading Viper casino software, new games will be automatically added via a process that is connection state aware so players can choose to do these updates via Wi-Fi rather than 3G," show a statement from Microgaming.
The company stated that Android Air games will be available "via a slick and user-friendly casino lobby" while it has also fully revamped its banking and registration modules.
